Is Project Management still a thing in our industry? I’m hearing that this is being “phased out” and some agencies even eliminated it already. Who still has project management?

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

I'm working at CG from last 5 months for MBRDI project. I was thinking of switching my job as my current project will end by November this year. Not sure what project would i get into later so want to be prepared. I would like to know how much hike can i ask for considering its been only 5 months with CG and by the time i join a new company it would be 8 month due to 90 days notice period. My YOE is 11 years currently.

Do Data Analysts in India get remote working option in general, considering they will work with production(real user) data in project?

I use gantt charts to plan activities & deliverables, kanban boards to mamge them. My weapons of choice:
- MS Project (Smartsheet not as strong on core gantt features/functions but superior for sharing + all it's customization, abilities, is etc.)

- Trello for Kanban (labeling, filtering, robust add-ons, finally on enterprise task-level assignmemts). Sadly, Smartsheet kanban is weak.

Is there an integrated package that does both gantt & kanban that approaches these point solutions?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book?
