Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini
I just interviewed via zoom for JPMorgan Chase for trade support (thinking no more interviews were needed). The next day the recruiter calls me, saying that the team is very interest and went over logistics. She said she was going to talk back to the team and let me know next steps. The next day I get an e-mail requesting an interview again for the role but from the recruiting coordinator. Does JP give offers via zoom? Any similar stories?
Hi Fishes, I have been offered by Cognizant Consulting to move to UK for a short term. However I have my permanent braces treatment going on in India. Can anyone guide if Cognizant Consulting (UK) covers dental treatment in insurance. Can anyone also let me know how much does braces treatment cost in London? Cognizant

It’s called consultant fast track. Here is the tip. Simple round trip JFK-ATL-MIA (I know not usual) Then returning MIA-ATL-JFK. That’s I believe only 1 segment for the promotion. Best way is rack up segments needed 4 -Silver. 8-Gold 16-Platinum. I believe. Here’s what you do. Find the cheapest little layover imaginable so it’s not a mirror image round trip. Such as JFK-ATL-MIA then return MIA - ATL - BUF or (PIT) play around w/price then back to JFK. It usually adds like 30 bucks maybe an hour total if you fly midweek and find an excuse to land.
Because you throw in that weird (PIT layover) you now have 7 segments in one trip vs. one. It will still show as 6 segments for SkyMiles but the bonus consulting counts it as one segment. I spent a long time with delta understanding this nuance. Also after you hit status request complimentary upgrades. Even in gold minus going between major cities upgrade to plus every time. Vacation to a non-business city almost always premium. It’s an annoyance to do that 2x but the benefits for the year worth it. Also get pre-check or global entry. Saved me so much going thru security in 5 mins to a late flight. If you have a fee based card (Amex plat, CSR, others) it’s free plus priority lounges for flying plus travel credit. If you can look into one one of those cards for year one for pre-check (5 years) then downgrade.
