Is PwC FDD really 2 years to get to experienced associate? Recruiter is basically stonewalling my attempt to come in as an experienced hire with ~1 YOE and my CPA (wants me to come in as an associate aka a campus hire) . I get that when you jump firms, you might have to take a title downgrade, but it's confusing to me when I see people on here and elsewhere say they like got an offer as a senior associate in FDD with ~2 YOE in audit and I can't even come in as an A2.

Will there be issue at the time of joining the company as my new Government Id proofs will have the updated name which will fail to match on all older proofs.
