I think creative is now a smaller piece of the business, so if you are looking for a company that is creative driven, SR is not the place
Well Sapient is a consultancy so
Worked there for 6 years. Was amazing. Isn’t anymore. Publicis overpaid for sapient after being on tilt after screwing up the omnicom merger. Tried to push RF and sapient together with only sapient leaders. Sapient has some smart people, but a lot of McKinsey wannabe hacks. You’ll fight for resources, raises, and interesting work. Go somewhere else
Which office? Email me at fishbowlthrowaway2@gmail.com and I can be very candid with you
@SR2 Do you know much about the teams that work on finance products? Been interviewing for a position and want to get a better idea of what questions I should be asking.
Sapient Nitro was a digital ad agency. I would be working for a former Sapient Nitro location which they say hasn't changed much.
Correct OP, while it's not as robust as it used to be it's still working that lane. It's in its own hub so the work will still be there. Plus you can jump to pub com (creative hub) or us down the road rarely easily.
Creativity will strong be a core part of what we do. I will say it’s not “creativity first” like the traditional ad agencies but still a lot of great work happening
Sorry meant creativity will still be a core part*
What's the difference between a creative department making work and a "consultancy"???? So SR doesn't need writers?
No, we are not
I think it all depends on what client you will be working on, in what vertical and in what office.
