Is Senior Associate at PwC equivalent to C or SC at Deloitte?

The correct answer is both.

PwC advisory typical path:
Associate (3yr)
Senior Associate (3yr)
Mgr...etc

Deloitte Consulting typical path:
Analyst (2yr)
Consultant (2yr)
Senior Consultant (2-3yr)
etc

So the Deloitte role of Consultant overlaps the PwC roles of Associate -> Senior Associate

The pay raise I received coming to Deloitte as a Consultant was higher than the SA2 cohort at PwC. Just wanted to give you that 2¢ in case you weren’t considering consultant roles for that reason.

Consultant.

Deloitte Advisory:
Advisory Analyst (2 years)
>> Consultant (2 years)
>> Senior Consultant (2 - 4 years)
>> Leave or promoted to manager ( 10+ years)
>> Leave or promoted senior manager ( 20+ years)
>> Leave or promoted to PPMD ( 100+ years)
>> Leave or run for US presidency

No kappa xd

post MBA people enter D at SC and PwC at SA so I would say they’re equivalent levels. I am currently an SC at D and PwC I would get calls for SA.

Hi I had someone recently tell me I should have my education and certifications above my experience on my resume. I found this weird as I thought since I had 5 years of work experience that would go first. I started at a new firm this year in January. I had a billable goal that was given to me mid year of around 1750 house for the year. I am nowhere near that and definitely will not meet the goal. I had so many non billable hours I was forced to take when I first came in. I worked my ass off in busy season. At my previous firm I never fell short of hours as it was B4. This firm is mid sized and more focused on WLB. My question is how bad do you think this will affect my comp??
