What should the resume of a creative include? Just titles and awards? Or should it also explain the role one played at each position?
Realized I’m scared of leaving Consulting because this is all I know. I’ve been working for 3 years now and I’m scared to exit. I wouldn’t enjoy a boring 9-5, going to the office everyday, being stuck with one boss, or having a assigned desk. What options are there for me? I have an offer but I’m scared to say yes.
I am in strategy consulting now, and am looking to switch to Data & Analytics role in the industry. Have a background in chemistry (which isn’t massively statistics related) and have 4 YoE in strategy consulting. What are the level of coding skills required (is knowing Python / SQL already more or less okay or do I need more specific languages eg Scala), and is doing MS in DS recommended? Think I need to further develop my coding skills too :/
Thoughts on Kaufman Hall? Saw a position I am interested in but I haven’t heard much about them recently in the market.
Benefit of from WFH is that you can do a primal scream when your Director keeps changing their mind after you've done the work.
Anyone in CBS (non-client serving) know about annual raises? I recently moved from client serving to a CBS position, and I know we don't get PBB but I'm curious about any potential COL/similar raises.

My school is having teachers teach 3 different groups every day simultaneously. 2 groups rotate every other day from remote learning to in person learning(ABAB, remote learning for everyone on Wed), the other group is full remote learning. How can we organize 3 different groups but teach them all at once? How can I address my online learners while trying to interact with my students in the classroom? I’m overwhelmed and stressed for this school year...
Has anyone ever taken a role that is a level or two below? I’d like to go back to a Sr. Designer role and is fine with a pay cut. Does that make me less attractive or more attractive as candidate?

Beginners question. So the annual limit of 18k applies to both Roth+401k or just pre-tax 401k? What are some good strategies for personal savings and investments?
Is there any recommended reading/articles about the do’s and dont’s/what to look out for when it comes to RSUs and contract negotiations? This is my first comp package with them included, and whilst there’s a plethora of info on Google it would be good to know if there’s recommended reading material out there so I can go in prepared.

whoever is missing from my long delayed flight to st.louis, get your ass back to the plane so everyone can leave
I’m hoping to live off of 200k/yr in retirement. Retirement for me is still 30 years away so $200k won’t be worth as much then. I’m not married so my thought process is once I start earning over $200k income in the next few years I’ll switch my contributions from Roth 401k to traditional 401k. Does this logic make sense? Should I be factoring in inflation knowing that making $100k right now is the equivalent of $200k in 30 years from now dollars?
So sick of my manager telling me i should get married and saddling me with all the extra tasks because everyone else has families. Anyone else dealing with this garbage?
Just got my comp review scheduled for Nov 10th and should be receiving a promotion to senior accountant. What should a reasonable comp adjustment be and how should I negotiate a higher one if I don't think the one is reasonable?
