I have received an offer from KPMG Global Services, HR said there will be 10-20% yearly bonus apart from fixed CTC. But % numbers are not mentioned in the offer letter, Just they mentioned it as " You will be eligible for Performance bonus as per the company policy".

When I checked with HR for bonus % is not mentioned in the offer letter, she said... its not mentioned for everyone. 10-20% is common across all employees.

Is this okay ? OR anyone have their bonus % in the offer

I Have interviewed on TCS , i have cleared the technical round, i was asked to upload documents that too is verified by HR and gor call regarding salary discussion and sent me salary structure acceptance for releasing offer, my status in iBegin is "Evaluation in Process" its almost 10 days not recieved offer letter till yet. When i contacted HR he is saying your offer letter is only pending for 2 approval, he said u will receive it by eod , but i haven't So worried does it take this much time🤞

People who're negotiating with TCS HR. Please remember the following. 1.Offers are mostly non negotiable
2.They have strict 30-40% hike only.
3.If you ask more, they will say, I will get back to you and you wont get anymore calls. Be careful.
4.They have bands fixed like 4-6 yrs ITA and so on
Either take the offer and look out for another company or accept the offer if you need TCS somehow. Thiis my personal experience and also from this forum discussions.

I interviewed with TCS 2 times in the past 1 month, Actually I recently completed 4 Years and last time when I cleared HR told me that you are getting CTC which we offer to a 3-4 experienced person but the interview which I recently cleared HR was different and she told me the same thing that for 4-5 years experienced person we offer the CTC which you are currently working on so we can match your CTC.
Can anyone suggest something on this how to negotiate?
