In august I’m coming up to 1 year anniversary at work. I wfh and reside in Houston. I’m feeling underpaid for the 7 years of experience I have in immigration. Can somebody pls explain this to me: if somebody has a medical emergency and needs to use short term disability, the firm says they need to pay for all of their other benefits at the full rate, not the employee discounted rate, so like $400 for health insurance instead of $100. Do they ever reimburse this money or is this the terrible setup they have if you need to use your disability benefits? I feel like I'm missing something.

If an employee in an Oral Surgery practice job title is Insurance Coordinator however they are also the Notary Public to the Doctors and Practice and also do the Credentialing for the Doctors and Practice would that be considered more than the job title given ?
