What about Infosys, Wipro , HCL , And Other Indian MNCs ?

Accenture I beleive it rehires...As I have seen many employees joining back.....

Dont know about current scenario 2022 policy of these companies ...

Do any carriers in Europe pay salaries equal to their American counterparts? I’ve found that the salary for my role is pretty much halved across the Atlantic.

I know that my company, Chubb, does and from time to time they have rotational programs where not only do you maintain your US salary but you also get COLA and a housing allowance, unfortunately nothing right now nor permanent.

Another option would be insurance companies that pay your American salary while working abroad.

Any leads?

Which one I should choose, I have started my career in Product support role and have 5 yrs of experience.

Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. Looking for some expert opinions.
