Is the bar for hire for internship higher than for full time recruiting? Talking MBA not UG

I just did my pre-licencing certification and passed my CA state exam for property and casualty. No I have no idea what to do or where to start my career as an insurance agent since I have no experience in the real world, just lots of knowledge. Please help!

However, it is also mentioned in the email that aside from the MBA degree verification after my graduation, “a reinvestigation may also be required If your initial background screening has cleared more than 60 days prior to your start date.” Do they really do background checks again? It takes a long time lol.

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

How do I get into a project? How long do I have to wait more?

I’m trying to get a good idea on whether or not to leave my current firm. I have 10 YOE in the military (similar field) and departed active duty last year. I was offered 95k to start where I’ve been for the past year, but have already been offered much more for an industry position. I’ve done the PMP and CSM thing, am getting my TS/SCI now, and am about halfway through my MPA. Is it fair to tell my company I would only stay for at least $127k? Or am I just a complete noob? Located in San Diego.

I am presently working as a Research Analyst (MBA 1.5 YoE) with EY GDS and I wish to work in HR or Talent function. What should I do to switch into those roles.
