Yes. Most of them have already left. Facebook and Google are the two biggest agencies now so it only makes sense that is where talent would shift.
Because there’s nothing talented creatives love more than shilling Facebook Carousel ads.
Spotify, AirBnB, Viacom, Lyft, beauty in-house if that’s your thing, (Estee Lauder). My POV, think of a product u like and check their career page. Or think of a city you’d like to be close to & see what shops/clients have offices there. Ohio=Nestle, Princeton = lots of pharma, Texas=Samsung. More competitive in big markets so don’t discard Relo if you can consider .

What level are they typically hiring for? Can’t imagine they’d be poaching from the jr/mid level pool
Started in NY agencies producing video then shifted to digital when it became obvious that anything traditional was going to disappear or continue to decrease in value. Now at big tech co in CA. Working on creative projects that actually move the needle for brands. So much better.
I’m no expert but have interviewed client side several times already. Saw creatives at all levels
