Is the earning potential any different between working remotely and in-person? What's the value of having people report to an office?

Have you ever had another attorney mark up your drafts to where the entire document is basically rewritten, and all of the changes were stylistic and not substantive? I am a third year. A 6th year attorney did this to me. It was a simple ancillary document of which I have drafted plenty of before. I almost want to bring it up to someone but I don’t want to seem whiny but I’m angry? This isn’t the first time Ive felt disrespected by this person and I don’t feel comfortable going to them directly

1st yrs: I posted about quitting my job 3 months after starting (NY BL M&A) in 2021. When I started, I would sleep with my phone at full volume under my ear, never said no, and was on 10 deals at a time. Half of my head turned white, I developed high blood pressure, gained 20 lbs, and would get cold sweats and nightmares every night. Are there any workout classes that help you bulk up? Or is the only way to gain a lot of muscle is to lift heavy weights/consume a lot of calories/protein. I enjoy workout classes but feel like I always lose weight taking them and I have a hard time focusing at the gym on my own. Not sure if hiring a trainer is the best option in this case

How do I get a job as a Mechanical Engineer if I dont have experience?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more. I worked so hard to earn my degree and I feel like I’m not even using it. But who will hire me?

Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. Does anyone here work as a client development manager at RGP consulting? Phone screening with them tomorrow and I would love some insight on the compensation package they offer before I ask about budget etc.

How do I ask for pay parity with peers? External hires of course make a higher base, but some reps that have been moved up are making a higher base due to starting higher when hired as SDRs. I am a top 10% rep in the org, so do I approach it based on performance or parity? Also I know better than to name drop, but is it acceptable to admit that I know what my peers make when making the ask?

I have heard murmurs of this. Been working my butt off in a very tough environment (great company, very toxic division) and they’re asking questions like “have you thought about looking for another job this year? Would you like to be working here next year? Does your work energize you?” etc. The truth is that I like the company and the work but I hope to move to another division next year.

I am a proposal manager for federal consulting company. My base is low (112000) but I make up upto 50-70% of my base income with win bonuses. But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?
