Hi Accenture fishes, I am having hard time updating my skills in "Update your Skills" on skills.accenture.com it asks me to wait, but none of the changes are reflecting there. And next, I couldn't find a contact detail for projects that are on myScheduling. I tried using the supporting documents, how to's, but they don't seem to help me. Kinda feeling lost here. Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. Accenture
Hi everyone! I'm posting this question on behalf of my boyfriend who's wrapping up his IT auditing internship from EY. He received an extended offer to continue working with them next fall with $72k base salary and $3k sign on. Does this sound fair? I'm pushing for him to ask for more. His background: 2 Yrs of Taxes, 5 months of reg Audit, 2 months of IT Audit. He's also completing his MS in Accounting by Dec 2022. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I think your application would be slightly weaker with 3 years from what I’ve read / heard
I applied w/ 3 YOE and will have 4 upon matriculation, have colleagues in my D sponsorship class that applied a year earlier w/ 2 YOE or even out of undergrad with 2 and 2 and they all had extremely good outcomes (M7, HSW). Assuming all else equal if you’re a strong candidate you’re a strong candidate and 3 vs 4 YOE in the context of consulting applicants might be splitting hairs.
If that extra year gives you more perspective and empowers you to make a stronger profile then that’s a whole other story.
This is what I was hoping to hear. Thanks a ton!
