Liked industry much better. A friend of mine had a good quote in leaving his company for another. His boss said "the grass is not always greener on the other side and my friend said "at least there's grass."

I have an offer of 25.5 lpa for rank 42 in EY GDS. I have an experience of 8+ years with python, django, docker and kubernetes as my skill set. Is this a good compensation for my experience? Also, is EY GDS a good unit of Ey? I have been reading on quora that this is just a backend unit for EY US and work pressure is too much..
