I do PWR on the Sweat app and LOVE it!!!
I love it! I stopped because I’m pregnant but it really helped me before hand. It’s easy to do when traveling (sometimes I just did it in my hotel room and didn’t even go to the gym). The exercises look easy but you definitely feel it afterwards. Plus, it’s short. Good luck!
Thanks! Have you both seen the results you desired? Did you follow only the workout part of it or also the diet part?
I definitely saw the results I was hoping for. I work with a nutritionist outside of the program so ignored that. I’m a treadmill girl so it really helped me tone up in other areas
I’ve seen great results! I only do the workouts...I hired someone to calculate my macros and follow that WOE. Works great for me!
I do PWR Which I love. I found BBG to be too heavy on the plyometric exercises for me but both definitely had an impact
I love it!! I feel like I get a good cardio workout in with it as well, as a lot of the exercises are designed to get your heart rate up
Yes!! The Fierce program is my favorite and I mix in PWR. I signed up for the year so it’s only $10 a month or something crazy low. I’ve lost 25 lbs in 5 months and gained a lot of muscle! I did not follow their meal plan, but definitely moved to clean eating, stopped drinking alcohol/soda, and upped my water intake to ~90oz/day
Also, my favorite LISS is incline walking on the treadmill. Put that sucker to incline of 10+ and speed at 2.5-3 for 30 minutes and you will be sweatin’.
