Real hardos get a road bike + smart trainer + zwift
For me, bike+ was worth it for Apple Watch integration, bigger screen (with better speaker) and auto-follow resistance functionality. It is awesome not having to touch my resistance throughout the ride, the bike changes it for me.
We had the same decision to make last week when we bought the bike and decided to go with the standard since we don’t do floor exercises and don’t need the 360 degree screen. It looks like the Bike+ is now $300 off though so maybe that makes future proofing worth it.
We had free shipping but I think that’s standard at least for my area here in the northeast. You can get a discount though if you or someone in the family is a medial professional.

Currently using the Peloton app and just hit 12.5K minutes so far for 2021 across different classes. Still trying to decide if I want to buy an actual peloton bike. 🤷♀️
I would recommend getting the normal bike for the cheaper price. The new one is cool and has unique features but it’s still an exercise bike at the end of the day with same quality/manufacturing.
Just another point that solidified my decision, take a look at all the instructors that you are taking classes with. They all still ride the normal Bike even though Bike+ has been out for a year.
I’ve had the bike for 6+ months and I’ve been very happy with it. I also bought a third party adapter for under $50 so I can rotate my screen for floor exercises. Then I got a $30 heart rate monitor since pairing the Apple Watch to the standard bike is a pain (it is possible but requires an extra app to act as an intermediary and jumping through hoops). I used the app for 6 months before getting the bike so had plenty of time to think about it.
DM me for leaderboard name if you want a new follower :)
I like the Apple Watch sync

If you use the app the bike is worth it - way better. I have the + and think it’s worth it as well. The auto-resistance makes it super easy.
I’ve had both the Bike and the Bike+. While there are a many differences like Accenture2 said, the biggest for me has been the swivel screen.
When I first had the basic model, I used floor classes (weights, yoga, stretching) way more than I thought I would - expected to never use them and ended up using them almost every time I was in the bike! I think if you have a good set up where you have other space for those workouts, like in front of your Smart TV, the price isn’t worth it. I live in a small apartment, so being able to swivel the screen and do the workouts right in the space next to the Bike has been totally worth it for me!
I also have a referral code for $100 off accessories - DC5BKT. Feel free to DM if you have any questions!
I didn’t look into that in any detail, and was a little nervous to give it a try myself, but glad it’s working for you! The other big features are the auto adjust resistance, which I don’t use, and improved front-facing speakers. The speakers have been a big upgrade for me because I prefer to not use headphones and the quality is way better , but wouldn’t matter if you usually plug in.

Eh
I did see proform had a dual 2 in 1 bike which seems like a better buy
