Is the rent agreement required if we pay rent to parents for deductions under HRA?

Curious if anyone has started doing in-person meet-ups. For eng/product/design I feel that it would be good to do occasional in-person “offsites” at the office or a wework for collaboration sessions, or just to work together every once in awhile. Only after that she can release the offer letter. It's been more than a week since that discussion. How much time does it take from final HR interview to getting the offer letter?
