Haven’t heard much about it, I thought the “5X higher than avg limits” would be very impactful for those needing to make large purchases and not wanting to negatively impact their utilization, but haven’t heard what people are actually being approved for…

I’ve been applying to consulting firms including B4 over the past year. Every single (10+) interview was successful at first stage but not at partner/director level. While I believe they all go well, I’m not able to land an offer.

Can anyone provide guidance, especially those that have required sponsorship? I’m open to suggestions on how to succeed

Hi guys, i need help! My neighbor got a dog during covid, and she doesn’t walk her but instead has the dog release on the fresh patches on her balcony. That won’t be any problem except we kinda share the balcony. And ever since she got the dog, the smell is non stop. I, myself is a dog owner, dog lover, i walk my dog outside and she can release herself on disposable pad at home if needed. and I throw it out right away. I’m frustrated, not sure how she can stand it and how I shall tell her? 🙏

Hello Fishes,

I have a joining in PwC India on sept30.
They offered very less - X lpa, which is just 12% more than my CCTC.
I received offer from a very small product company Lexmark for X+3.7 which is 40+% hike. YOE - 3
Switching tech so thinking I might get caught for fake tech exp. in the small company.
So want to re negotiate with PwC. Everybody saying PwC takes a lot of time for approval.
So give it now only! But still 40days left what if they start looking for my replacement?
Pls help 🙏

Any notice how many of these legal recruiters took ppp loans? Sadly not shocked, but how can they not be embarrassed to take ppp loans while still advertising jobs/recruiting and bragging about all their placements on their websites.

I will be closing on my first home in March 2021 and started researching on mortgage. Is there any recommended website that says what today’s exact mortgage rate is ?. All websites I checked has APR’s banks would offer. Essentially I’m trying to find what possible range I could end up with my score of ~750. Also, should I shop for mortgage and PMI separately to get lesser PMI. Paying down 5% off $465k home, makes PMI as $341 per initial estimates i was offered. Looking for some guidance. Thanks

So let's say spy drops another 15-20% but anyway it will come back to those levels may be in a year or so. Why everyone is so anxious about drops. Granted valuations are outrageous and unsustainable but 5 trillion free money won't go back to feds like that. Also retail participation had gone so even retail is small they will try to buy dip wherever possible. Given all this background why do anyone have to worry about drops.

Trying to decide if it’s worth it to refi. New loan would drop monthly payments by $800 and payout ~$20k upfront (2 months mortgage and remaining escrow) but slow my home equity growth. I’ve been comparing the difference in home equity in each successive year vs the expected value of investing that $20k and $800 monthly. Break even for the comparison is two years. Does that method make any sense? Any different recommendations for how to compare current loan vs potential refi?
