I’d prepare to be underwhelmed. That seems to be par for the course whenever there is some secret formula at work.
But I’ll say this in case it serves as any motivation for you: we’re in a profession where if you exceed your minimum req then the partnership loves you. If you miss that req (even by a few hours) then the partners hate you. And nobody cares about the reason for making or missing hours reqs. Sad, but true.

Short answer is “unlikely.” But we need more context. What’s your firm’s bonus model? I assume you have no objective payouts at specified benchmarks or you wouldn’t be asking this Q. At my old firm the general rule of thumb was 5k for every 100 hours over goal or every 100k in originations. But in a blackbox model you’re better off rolling the dice to get an answer.
Thanks for the context from your old firm, that at least gives me an idea. We’re a blackbox model. We have a base bonus for meeting minimum hours, but no formal objective payouts beyond that.
Our firm has multipliers at 2150, 2300, and 2500, but they aren't disclosed but asking around lets you figure it out. Long story short, the marginal benefit of trying to hit 2500 hours is no where near the cost of doing so: effectively, if you stay 8 years, you are providing 2 extra years of 2000 hours billable work for pennies on the dollar of your base salary. The issue is even worse if you are only trying to stay 3-5 years since those are your lower dollar bonus years compared to 6-8. IMO, the cost of my time and happiness is no where made up in the extra bonus amount, which is why I always target 2000 and not an hour more.
To clarify: the hour bumps are disclosed (you have to dig for the pdf on the firm intranet) but the multipliers are not disclosed

Our bumps are an absolute joke and not at all worth shooting for. You’ll get the standard bonus up to a few hundred hours over target. Kicker bonuses start around 2300 hours and are offensively low.
My firm has a bump at 2150. I think it’s 2,500 or 5,000 regardless of class year. Either way I wouldn’t shoot for it.
To add, there’s more bumps at I think 2,300 and 2,450 and I have no idea how much more they are. But yeah 2,500/5,000 (whichever it is) is silly low.
As you can tell, luckily I’ve never hit the 2,150 threshold anyway 😁😁😁

Guessing no. There may even be no difference. Things tend to happen more as you get to 2200, 2300, 2400, 2500, etc.
Nah.
