NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

What? Isn't there always an adjustment for inflation?
P1, not always. The argument: current salaries are inflated and are above competitive market salaries
How is that possible where a first year senior consultant at deloitte makes 120 k in nyc and at pwc its 99.
First year SA at Deloitte 120k- NOT true. Maybe be MBA. Or just an exception if he/she was a lateral hire and negotiated really well.
what is it potentially for first year
Not 100% sure, but mostly less than 99k
Senior associate at PwC is not the same thing as Senior Consultant at Deloitte. They are diff levels.
what's the lateral position
PwC SA = Deloitte Consultant
i don't think that's accurate because then then spread between analyst to manager is 7 years. my friend at dtc who is a tech consultant level makes the same as me as a a3a.
OP- yes, I think PwC is definitely competitive, as far as Big 4s are concerned. Of course you will get a bump if you jump ship, but it's definitely competitive
