Is there a deadline for accepting the offer letter in Cognizant once the acceptance portal mail has been sent?

Also if I accept and then decline later before joining, what will be the consequences? It says in the acceptance portal that the offer letter is legally binding.

I have received a job offer from Randstad India for Risk Management profile (CTC 11.5) and Oak North for Credit Risk Regulatory profile (CTC 10.68).

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. I joined Cognizant in June 2021. And I received a variable pay for 190 days (Till Dec 2021). I plan to leave in April and will be leaving the company by June. Will I get the remaining days of variable pay?
