I get nervous when I speak in front of a crowd even if it’s just an introduction. There’s no consistent pattern. Sometimes, it happens. Other times, it doesn’t. Any advice on how to mange this?

In my last company I suffered from poor management who yelled at / demeaned employees daily and overrided decisions with no scientific basis, leading to some dangerous/unethical handling of important issues (dealing with real patients). Any ideas on how to sumif based on criteria listed under a given header wherein the header is the main reference but there are varying criteria beneath said header? Specifically, I would like to drag a formula down a column that references a corresponding department in the row (the header on a sep sheet) and then sums the listed accounts beneath each dept (with each dept having a diff # of accounts) from a given data set. Could do a pivot, but the filtering process is inefficient.

Hi Excel Gurus, is there was a non-macro approach to input fields?

I have Worksheet A with merged cells used for user input. I attempted to reference values from Worksheet A cells and populate Worksheet B via direct reference. Also using a parameter (name) from Worksheet A to differentiate rows in B.

I keep getting a Spill error as I am taking a merged cell (3+ rows) value from Worksheet A and trying to put it into a single cell in Worksheet B.

Is this a valid approach for input collection?
