Than you!

Check out Coursera.com they have free online classes you can audit taught by university professors. They have some advanced classes that are great!

Ok, thanks!

If you’re at KPMG see when the next Teach the Street class is. Or see if they’ll pay for you to take the online version.

Expensive but worth it

Go to YouTube and search “Excelisfun”. He has a ton of instructional videos. They’re very thorough and 100% free. He even allows free downloads of the files he demonstrates.

Wsp excel crash course cheap but great

Thanks!

If you can articulate what you're trying to do, Google and YouTube are your best friends. The courses can be helpful but they won't always address exactly what you need

This was really helpful for me too, thanks!

What is WSP?

Wall street prep. The excel course therein is not super advanced but it sets a good foundation for further self-learning afterwards.

Anyone have thoughts on working at IRS office of Chief Counsel?

Here’s a first - I have an opposing counsel who decided to file a motion in the court to bring criminal charges against me for “perjury” - all because we served him as he was on the record as being his client’s attorney.

What in the actual fuck??

Any ideas on how to sumif based on criteria listed under a given header wherein the header is the main reference but there are varying criteria beneath said header? Specifically, I would like to drag a formula down a column that references a corresponding department in the row (the header on a sep sheet) and then sums the listed accounts beneath each dept (with each dept having a diff # of accounts) from a given data set. Could do a pivot, but the filtering process is inefficient.

Hi Excel Gurus, is there was a non-macro approach to input fields?

I have Worksheet A with merged cells used for user input. I attempted to reference values from Worksheet A cells and populate Worksheet B via direct reference. Also using a parameter (name) from Worksheet A to differentiate rows in B.

I keep getting a Spill error as I am taking a merged cell (3+ rows) value from Worksheet A and trying to put it into a single cell in Worksheet B.

Is this a valid approach for input collection?

Is anyone familiar with the proper steps / video that will help me arrive at the ideal outcome?
