I’m finally able to max out my 401k and Roth IRA, and I will be opening a taxable account. I’m just confused on what to put into it. I’m 26 and open to being more risk tolerant. How tough is it to break into a FAANG PM role at mid-level if you have less prestigious experience? I have 10+ YOE in product, but some was at a tiny meh startup that fizzled out, some was in the digital wing of a large old healthcare org, and though my current role is GPM at a “name brand” tech company, it’s on the smaller side. Base - 30 L
Variable - 3L (1.5L cash & 1.5 equity)
Sign on bonus - 2L for 1st year, 1L for 2nd year
Stock - 7.5L per year over three years

They have matched my other offer except I didn't get stock option in the other offer.
I see that with my same experience people are getting more Sign on bonus and RSU and even on the base pay. Is this a good package to join paypal ?
