Is there a good way to find Investor Presentations of previously acquired public companies (that don’t exist any more)?

Considering applying for a JD/MBA after a few years of consulting at a T2. Anyone go through the application process and have advice to share? Should I be doing anything now (before I graduate) to prepare, besides studying for the GRE?

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞

Why are average salaries in UK and EU looks much less compared to US for similar role, even with higher tax rates? Is it factoring in benefits such as free healthcare, education etc? Or is it just a matter of demand/supply?

I have an accounting background but was able to break into IB. I’ve been studying for the SIE and feel pretty confident about it and I’m averaging 80+ on the practice exams, however I missed the window to test for another week bc of availability (should have scheduled it sooner). If I start studying for the 63 and while I wait to take the SIE do you think that will hurt/confuse me? Sick of looking at SIE materials, surprised there’s not any more testing windows …

One of my MD’s asked me to update a workbook with new deal info on a sheet they created in September. I did it with the new cap structure they gave, and got a paragraph back telling me it was wrong, and to use a different cap structure. Sent it back, same exact response with a third cap structure. I put these in and am sent a “your book is a mess,” when all of the “errors” they pointed out were errors from the original sheet from them and I got blamed. I just graduated, how do I deal with this?
