Does anyone have experience going to AA while still using Plant assisted therapy such as Kratom and medical cannabis. I don’t wanna lie but I want to be accepted as there are only a few meetings here.

Curious, are unreasonable expectations, continued stress, unclear KPIs (which are then rated poorly), mental distress and anxiety cause for legal action?

Would you say summaries are as effective for self help books like "the subtle art of giving a fk" and other similar books? I feel the books themselves ramble on too much on a side story only to tell a point that could be summed up in a couple sentences.
Or am I just not getting good book recommendations for growth/development on mental well being and productivity
