My supervisor thanked me for on-boarding her (yes, you read that right) and all of my hard work juggling a high-volume work load. She said that she has recommended a merit-based raise and that our Creative Director agrees. She didn't specify how much of a raise. What is a typical merit-based raise for FCB/this industry?
