Is there a pre-approved list of JD programs that would qualify for sponsorship?

I’m a MRI technologist with bachelors in radiologic science. My goal is to become epic analyst. I do have a proficiency in Radiant. However, I am not having much luck with any applications. Almost all the postings require actual certification or build experience. I am thinking that I may have to go back to school. My options are either go for masters or go for another bachelors in IT/computer science. What could be my other options? Thank you.

I see so many people on LinkedIn working in EY- P but I see they are from tier 2 b schools (NMIMS, KJ Somaiya etc.) I was under the assumption that EY-P are very selective with respect to B Schools. Am I missing something?

Background: I work in the technical side of cyber (IR, VM, AppSec) and want a degree thats less technical. I put very little value in a graduate degree but it is a requirement for a long term career goal of mine (ive always wanted to teach at the collegiate level).

I have been in insurance sales for 7 years. Not something was ever thinking I would do. I have a bachelors and masters in general psychology. My masters was more research based in hopes I would go back for my PhD one day. I decided to just go back for my MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics. How can I break out of the insurance sales role and into something else with insurance if all my experience has been sales. Should I just wait until I am done with my degree and then search after?

My company is giving me a reimbursement while I go to school. It’s capped to induce me to study part time. I decided to go full time. Pay the difference out of pocket so I can graduate quicker. Eventually I want to pursue CyberPsych and mix my passion for IT and Psych. The thing is, I hear from many people that you need a Master’s in Psych to do anything in that field. Have a programming background but want to understand everything about how computers and networks work. Binary, ASCII, networking protocols, OSI, IP, Cidr...don’t know where to start. Should I go back to school for a computer science or electrical engineering degree? Do most people in IT know it all or do people usually specialize in one area?

I’m moving out of the city that I’ve been in for the past 2 years. I have the option to move into a HCOL city with my friends or live at home with my parents in the suburbs. I know I’ll have way more fun & be happier with my friends in the city, but I’m going back to get my MBA in the fall of 2023 (already accepted) & can save >$40k if I live at home for a year and can use that for school. I’m 23 with no debt and $100k TC. Would love to hear some thoughts - is the extra $40k worth it?

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Would I be able to extend my H1b after I graduate say two years later for a new employer, even if the job has completely changed - say from business consultant to a tech manager? Can I still retain my PD if filing for a new Perm?

Why am I scared and embarrassed to show affection towards my family, despite wanting to?

For example, sometimes I just want to hug my mom (I just graduated and still live at home) or even just say I Love You, but I Can't!

I have a really good relationship with my family so I don't understand why I can't just muster the courage to show affection?

So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?

Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?

Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?

I really feel like I’ve been dealt a really bad hand in my life. It feels like no one gives me a chance. Whether it’s a job I know I’m qualified for, or someone I’m interested in. Even things that appear to be good at first end up sucking. I know I should be grateful for what I have and that so many others are less fortunate. But I still can’t help but think that for a person in my position, given the opportunities that I was given, I am just a complete failure and nowhere near what I could be.

I have heard many times that you should try to stay at a firm 12 months before you look elsewhere. Right now I am litigating in an area I don’t care about at all, but my background is in entertainment. I have been in my current role for less than a year but an opportunity arose in my city at a firm where I could transition to entertainment law. Will the short time I’ve been in my current position be a red flag or not necessarily?
