Main barrier to this is financial regulations about accredited investing. If you’re an accredited investor you can invest in PE/VC funds to do this. If not it’s tough. SPACs maybe but that’s a cop out to buy the IPO before the IPO.

It’s out there. I forget who does it now but I’m sure Google can help. Not trying to be rude. Just don’t have it off the top of my head.

EquityZen or Forgeglobal, and it takes a minimum of 10k, not millions (although technically you’re supposed to be an accredited investor)
many renowned pre-ipo u can buy shares. like robinhood, databrix, spacex. Sharepost have 100k minimum. Equityzen has like 25k. It is secondary market place. So same rigor vc backed firms but buying indirect way from them.
