Is there a quicker way to get promoted from analyst to consultant? My position is below my experience. I was looking at the requirements for some open consulting roles, and I met or exceeded them all. Could I apply for a consultant position as a current Accenture analyst?

Can anyone recommend good books or articles on startup org charts and hiring? Think we’ve hit early signs of product/market fit, but not sure who to hire next, in what order, and how the org should evolve over next few years.

Previously joining Adobe, I was in a customer facing role and loved it. I would travel and sell Edtech, pretty good WLB. I joined Adobe under a false job description unfortunately but Adobe is an amazing company to work for but I don’t think I would like joining the sales teams for how slow it is to get approvals etc. I guess to put it short, I feel stuck and I don’t know what to do.

I have cleared the HR round, first stage interview with Sr. vice President & vice president, now I got an invite for a second stage interview with the director, does this mean that i have been selected? Or will there be any other round after the second stage? What questions will I have to face from the director? It's an AVP trade support role.

Are there any large differences between a Strategy lead and Program manager positions? Looking to transition and in the process for a couple of roles. Mainly concerned about job role, longer term progression and internal mobility (will be moving countries in a few years). Speaking to the HMs and reading the job descriptions show very similar job responsibilities for the two roles. Coming in most likely as an L5 in the US

I have an offer for a PE Ops role and whilst comp is good it seems like they're hiring a pool of internal consultants to leverage for implementation projects within specific PortCos and therefore I won't be driving initiatives centrally - is this standard practice for Ops roles?

At this point I think I'll turn it down given I'm looking for something that operates more centrally (driving not implementing myself)

I need a suggestion on whether I should pursue my career in a PRODUCT BASED COMPANY(like Harman) or a SERVICE BASED COMPANY(the rest 4)?

The packages are pretty close.
Harman=(5LPA+50k)
Persistent Systems =(4.71LPA)

Another team in another tourney needed an extra player so I said my daughter could pick up with them which guaranteed her to play at least 5 games with them Sat-Sun. Is it average to hit Consultant to M promo in 2 years? Spent the entire last year working solid 65+ hour weeks across delivery, BD work, community of practice, mentoring, etc, to try to craft the perfect story. Got DA tag last year and at progression point B. Had a call with my CC yesterday and she said we can try for accelerated progression and that she would not put me up for promo. I know I’m being selfish but I tried to accomplish all the priorities that she outlined last year for M promo.
