Base 1-4% usually 2-3%
2-3% cost of living increase salary increases. No increases in bonuses. Had to get a title change for higher comp
This seems like the norm from what I’ve seen.
Edit: The norm … for larger companies with structured levels in their legal dept.
The general trend seems to be that the smaller the company is, the more flexible and varied they may be in their comp/raises. At bigger companies, it’s much more rigid and hard to change.

3-8% of base - dependent on company performance and performance ratings. Bonus structure changes with grade change, which may or may not come with a title change.
Depends on the industry but target bonus seems to be standard across all similar roles from my experience. Raise depends on market. Legal market is so hot right now that if they don’t match market, someone else will.

Bonus - dependent on the annual revenue.
Yes typical, bonus and increase! Bonus is based on company and personal performance and level (10-20%) of salary in my role. Raise is like 4% per year
