Is there a tool to capture HR Metrics/Reporting other than Excel?

Check your HRIS and ATS. We use ADP WFN and it has an analytics dashboard that automatically calculates metrics based on EE data. Our ATS automatically calculates recruitment metrics.

Yep, if you are using the HRIS system, it’s typical that that they would have some capabilities. What HR system do you use? Back in time I had developed the metrics, definitions and reports based on that to manually update the monthly charts.. now all could be done though system configs.

We use Power BI. It’s a powerful analytics and dashboard tool that pulls our data from disparate systems. It has deep visuals and drill-down capabilities.

Hi! We use Workday as our HCM and I have scheduled reports that I bring into Smartsheet which is where our dashboards reside. The automation is great. Separately, we do use PowerBI for clinical and financial so eventually, I'll look to bring workforce data into that but for now, Workday to Smartsheet is working.

Any clue how much credit score might be impacted by closing one card and opening two within the same month? Net available credit would increase by 10k and I’m currently sitting at 785 credit score.

Has anyone seen or discussed this Petition for SHRM must support Black Lives Matter & the LGBTQ community? I’ve grown increasingly concerned and disappointed in SHRM’s lack of vocal support for employment protections for LGBTQ+ and black and brown workers, especially as a black woman in HR. It seems like SHRM is overly focused on what is absolutely “legal” and not what is right. I’m of the opinion HR professionals must not only be “legal” but have a relevant and compassionate stance

Does anyone know if there is anything like short term disability coverage for mental health leave of absence from work?

When to remove undergrad internship from resume? Especially if you thought it was a cool internship and could be a conversation starter

Anyone here spend the first couple years being in the career path you were sure was not for you? How’d you turn it around? I’ve done 3 years at a top firm and get good performance reviews but I do not like the job at all. Prepping for an exit. Just looking to hear inspiring stories about restarting

Is it possible to find a good exit in a less populated area? I don’t want to be near a big city — I want a house and a big yard. But every single job that would be a good career move is in a big city. Do good jobs in small markets exist? How do you find them? I’ve considered 100% remote roles, but it seems hard to progress in a career if I’m not physically present.

Just finished my last Accenture interview. When can I expect to hear from them with an offer? Interviews went very well and they were hinting that i was a good fit and they would come back with an offer after internal discussions.

I left consulting for a debt settlement fintech company. We are actively hiring for Technical Product Managers. Role is completely remote. DM for details.

Need to put together a deck about ‘video treatment’ for shoot with photographer (need to use some of photos for short video - like zoom in and out). Never made this. Anyone tips or good examples? Thnx

Planning to switch companies but I'm currently in a consulting position on the bench. I'm worried if I give 2 weeks notice that I'll be let go immediately since I have nothing to transition, but I also don't want to screw over my current company by getting assigned to a project then leaving without notice. Am I just paranoid?

Hey ladies! Just got word that I’ll be traveling to a new client for the first time since before covid. Over the past year my personal style has grown up, but now my work wardrobe is behind. Looking for recs for sophisticated work clothes/brands that won’t totally break the bank! 25yo for reference

When you move from priviate acct to public acct and are asked why you move, what is the best answer to pass this interview question?

Any other BW out there working in investment banking / PE roles? I’m going to sound naive but I didn’t think the lack of diversity would be THIS bad. It’s hard for me to visualize myself succeeding in this field when I see no one who looks like me in a VP or higher role. It’s so discouraging and at times I ask myself if it’s worth it to stick it out here.

Considering applying for an entry level business analyst (consulting) position at a competitor Big 4 firm. I just completed my first year in audit, so I’m wondering if it’s still appropriate for me to apply as entry level instead of experienced hire?

Talent Acquisition teams: Are you all swamped and behind in your ATS processing right now? Asking as several colleagues and friends are actively submitting REFERRED applications for well-matched roles--but not hearing anything from HR. Is the need for talent real or is it overblown in the media? Or are a lot of TA people simply drowning at work or out on vacation right now? Tx for sharing if you are able! I'd like to give people some hope!

How do you guys land interviews with PE and VC firms?
