Check your HRIS and ATS. We use ADP WFN and it has an analytics dashboard that automatically calculates metrics based on EE data. Our ATS automatically calculates recruitment metrics.
Yep, if you are using the HRIS system, it’s typical that that they would have some capabilities. What HR system do you use? Back in time I had developed the metrics, definitions and reports based on that to manually update the monthly charts.. now all could be done though system configs.
We use Power BI. It’s a powerful analytics and dashboard tool that pulls our data from disparate systems. It has deep visuals and drill-down capabilities.
Hi! We use Workday as our HCM and I have scheduled reports that I bring into Smartsheet which is where our dashboards reside. The automation is great. Separately, we do use PowerBI for clinical and financial so eventually, I'll look to bring workforce data into that but for now, Workday to Smartsheet is working.
