I had an offer, but decided to go another direction.
The benefits are very good.
The sick leave is something I’ve never seen before, as well as the insurances.
There are on site benefits, discounts, free food and more.
A lot of the benefits are over the top, but when/if you get the offer, at least I thought that, this is such a Google thing to offer.
This was from the European office, would assume some of the benefits are the same over the world.
They will tell you several times that they’re a very liberal company with focus on making work a good part of your life. They’ll make sure that the job also fits you, both personally and professionally.
I reached out to a couple of people on LinkedIn. Most people are very friendly, and will answer most questions you have.

Have the required qualifications covered and some of the preferred qualifications covered. Have a referral. In the event you get called, prepare a lot and hope for the best. Usually takes a couple tries to get in.
How many YOE do you have? And is this located in the Bay?
Is it way too lower than 100K? If not, then go for it. You'll still get a raise after a couple of years with them.
