Advice needed: I’ve been in a long distance relationship for a while. Things are generally going well but when it comes to traveling to see each other I’m always the one making more of the effort to go to him. I understand his job isn’t as flexible but even when it was during Covid he had an excuse and I would be the one going to see him and spending weeks leaving behind my day to day to spend time with him. Am I wrong for wanting more effort and flexibility on his end?

My husband’s uncle died this morning. My husband is pretty distraught as he was close to him. His family is in the U.K. He wants us to attend the funeral because he doesn’t want to go there alone. He hasn’t seen his family in 7 years. I see two problems (1) My passport expired and I don’t know if I will get it renewed in time even expedited. (2). The whole Covid thing and going into quarantine upon arrival. Suggest to ask the family to skype the funeral but may be too insensitive? WWYD?

We have our agile meetings in US timings.But the thing which annoys me the most is we work in whole day and then we sometimes have to attend the meetings till 9:30 pm IST at night.We are told to login late next day but still my productivity falls after 8:30 pm.I feel that attending these EST meetings is the duty of the onsite lead. My onsite lead expects us to attend those meetings till 9:30 pm.Kindly suggest.What should I be doing
