I am 35 years old and have experience from graphic design and layout since 2013. UI since I started at the firm 4 years ago. So what is your salary?

I had a call today with the recruiter and he was saying that the offer would be like between 30-33 lpa fixed plus stocks, variable and joining bonus. How do you know you’re a good designer? I get most of my ideas from being inspired by other work and just creating what I feel looks good. I know how to use design programs. But, I don’t know if that’s enough.

Designers, have you ever been in a position where you’re pretty much taking the lead on all aspects of the project? Has anyone ever been a victim to a team member’s jealousy? I have this person on my team who tears apart my work in front of all the creative directors. It makes me look bad.. I can’t help but take her comments personally. I can’t help but think there’s some jealousy- she has so much energy to rip someone apart. Everyone else complements my work but I’m afraid to mess up and have her call me out in front of the directors. I feel like the whole time I’m just playing defense. What do I do?
