I have just started interviewing I haven’t interviewed since starting with PwC 6 years ago. It seems for 2 of my interviews they noted they will provide feedback, i.e separate from an offer. One person actually apologized for not providing feedback sooner. My question is 1. is this the new normal to get feedback after an interview and 2. are you expected to respond.

What do you do when you feel like your work is not being appreciated? A simple example from a few minutes ago. My manager asked me to upload a document on the drive and proof read it which I did. In the meantime, she was talking to me about a presentation. An hour later she sends me to let her know when it is ready and I answered by saying that it is ready and that she can check it on the drive. Instead of saying thank you, all she said is next time just let me know.
