Got a Masters and no extra pay bump on top of usual merit. Seems like you need to switch jobs usually to get that market adjustment.

If it's a target school, you can make a case for it. Knew a consultant in tech strategy that was able to make the case for a pay adjustment and to be placed on the MBA consultant track
