Is there any bench policy in GDS?

At what point Partners make the call to stop selling work when the bench is empty, people are stretched thin? Other options including hiring contractors are good but it still need someone to oversee the contractors, set directions for them

Does anyone struggle with finding good randoms to spot you while bench pressing? I work out at a local park district and every time I’m working with a heavy load, my spotter will immediately cont.

Anyone in consulting and doing OE? Using bench time for J2+ seems like a good opportunity in this environment, considering it wouldn’t look out of place to remain on the bench for quite a while

Considering litigation counsel positions in-house for insurance companies (not sure if it's technically with the company itself or one of the local firms they "own," but the applications are with the companies themselves).
None post salary information. I have 5-6 years of solo civil practice experience, including trials at all levels, bench and jury. I'm in Western PA.

I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?
