Is there any chance at all of getting a job in industry doing financial reporting without prior audit experience?

Hi All, how would you put in notice? I just got my start date for another job today, and was going to put in my two weeks. Do I email my managers, staffing, HR? Is there anything I specifically need to say? Just want to make sure I'm being sensitive since obviously the timing is awful. Thanks!

How much math/stats is needed to switch from Data Analyst to Data Scientist?

Got a situation here. Signed an offer from Deloitte (I counter offered, they approved it), and just told my PwC partner that I received an offer from a competitor. PwC offered me a thiccc retention bonus that is hard to reject. What would happen if I tell Deloitte that PwC offered me this and I choose to stay?
