PwC is hiring in their transformation Practice and we do lots of CM work across different types of human capital projects. DM for referral
Likely that sounds like somewhere between a senior manager or director role, especially since you have some solid consulting experience. There is a crowdsourced Google spreadsheet you can find here on fishbowl that is pretty accurate with salary info
Happy to refer to West Monroe! We have a large OCM presence, especially in the Financial Services sector

I know from friends that Accenture does (I don’t work there though)
EY has People Advisory Services (PAS) and within that change management work. A lot of it. But we need Seniors… or rockstar staff. We have a ton of campus hires on the bench and no one else. Happy to chat more - just message me
I think pretty much any company that does implementation work does CM work because the 2 kind of go hand-in-hand so it’s an easy upsell
Deloitte Human Capital practice has OCM under its umbrella. Accenture does a ton of change management work. If you are interested in a smaller firm, Guidehouse has a change management practice.
Happy to, DM
Guidehouse does, willing to refer you. Chat me.
I’m 95% sure that all of them do; can definitely confirm Big4s plus Accenture does, confident that MBB does, and pretty sure the rest do.
