Hi fishes, I have an offer from CRISIL for 3.5 LPA for financial analyst role and I want to build my career in finance and I have an offer from another company for operations associate for 4.6 LPA package. Which one should I choose. I really want to work with CRISIL but I can not sustain myself at 25 k per month. Please help me out. Does PWC SDC withhold salary in notice period?

Don't know why my entire team is frustrated at work life in PwC AC Kolkata. Is it because of any of the following?
1) The very late appraisal process in PwC AC Kolkata
2) Not much expectations from appraisal and bonus (based on experience of existing employees.)
3) Other big 4s are giving much better hikes compared to PwC.
4) Work timings and rewards are not commensurate.
5) Any other reason.
Please give your thoughts if similar is the situation in your team.
