I have 1.5 YoE, joined as campus hire. Unfortunately didn't get chance to pick preferred org/tech stack. Had to work in Cloud Ops for 1 year, and now in legacy app with very old stack of Java, Perl and internal old Javascript.
Should I start afresh in a new company for SDE-1, or wait and apply for SDE-2 opportunities?
Should I look for alternate profiles like Analyst?
Would shifting to a service based company be wise?
Do companies care about previous tech stack?

Need a suggestion. Let's say if you have joined a new company and worked there for 1-2 months and you didn't like it due to the reporting manager/culture. So while searching for a job again,

1. Do we need need to update the resume with the current company where we worked for 1-2 months?
2. Can we ask for 10-20% more salary?
3. What's the best strategy in this situation and what to tell if HR asks why are you leaving with in a month or two?
