This has been at least the fourth time cancelling our meeting on the same day it's scheduled. They are in a time zone that gives them a 2-3 hour time advantage over me, and so I usually receive cancellations around 5am when I am sound asleep. Generally have less than an hour to find out the meeting is cancelled.

I’m a newly promoted senior and I am currently working with a staff who constantly has to revise work because it’s done incorrectly and I find that I’m spending a considerable portion of my day teaching and going over work which I am more than happy to do. I don’t want to blow the budget, so I was thinking of charging the teaching time to admin.
