So for some of us coming out of school and looking for jobs, how are we going to like start our careers when most agencies are on a hiring freeze and some cities are still on lock down. I have been in my current position for 5 yrs with minimal pay increases despite consistent praise from management for being one of the strongest in our department. I found out today I lost my baby at 8 weeks—still in shock. I’ve never had a miscarriage (or a pregnancy) before and we’ve been doing IVF for more than a year. Physically, my doctor said I will be okay the day after the D&C. I need to tell work what I can and can’t do, but have no idea.
