There is no bonus for staff. I suppose you might get a lower rating (like 3 instead of 4), which would get you a lower raise.

like

I forgot what the number was, but after an amount it'll affect your year end rating

So...should I talk to my counselor or no

like

At EY they make a bigger deal about it. Let your counselor know and set a reminder going fwd.

like

Lmao I know the question is stupid but now I'm just like what if there's a surprise bonus?!

And I missed out bc of those damn time sheets

At D there's a compliance percentage you have to hit for this, 90% or so.

It's anything more than 2 missed time sheets. So OP is in play.

Public flogging!

Have your counselor back you up on this - have heard ppl get 2 bc missing time sheet

Kid, chill. It's no big deal. Here's an insider tip, do not miss the fourth week time sheet (that's the one we use for billing). All else is chill

No @D2 is wrong. After the second time sheet you'll be penalized at round tables.

Usually 5 or 6

Ey4 - As someone who's been on round tables for 10+ - No one gives a shit unless you're severely disorganized and/or non-compliant with stuff like independence and confidentiality

Op, just remember to have all your time sheets up to date by the end of the Month!

I want to be an HR generalist, but I am afraid I may have to take a step back in order to do so. I’ve been in recruiting and the talent management sector of HR for 5+ years. Now, I want to step into a generalist role, but realize I lack some aspects of experience that I maybe could have gotten as an HR coordinator. Do I need to take a step back/laterally move before becoming a generalist? I have my PHR. Thank you!

I’m dying right now. Well not literally, but I feel like I am inside. We just had new profit margins and success metrics set at work. Our jobs are not supposed to be 70% profitable instead of 50%. I’m just angry and I’m really trying not to be. As a female and a mom already it’s a huge fight to claim that space in the male world. To have more pressure put on you for money by the male men that run our company just is making my blood boil. Talk me off a ledge?
