Personally i like the extra practice. I also like to schedule them before my more important ones if possible so that i can use it to warm up and get in the groove again...also if you do get an offer out of them, it boosts your ego, even if you don't care about the job at all. And then, you can even practice negotiating your salary and see just what people's limits really are since you got nothing to lose.
Good practice
I've done it a few times. Interviewing can be hard, especially if you haven't done it in a while and those first few interviews can really help you find a groove and get comfortable chatting about your experience.
It’s definitely good practice, but in order to be good practice it will take a lot of your time to prepare properly. Also, depending on how the company conducts its interviews, it’s a lot of lost time for the current employees so being mindful of that is something to keep in mind.
I know a number of people who didnt think they wanted to work somewhere but after the interview they changed their mind and wound up loving it. You dont want to waste your time but its hard to be absolutely certain of a place without at least talking to someone there.
