Is there any reason to hold onto my Becker CPA test prep books? It's been two years since I passed my last one and I've only looked back to them once for a not for profit question I probably could have googled.

Just FYI the covers don't burn that well so tear those off when you throw them in the fire.

I just tossed my Becker binders from the 1990 exam. They were in my basement.

I wasn't born until '91

Accounting rules may change and google is easier. I suggest donating to someone whose employer does not pay for Becker.

I always hear people just tossing them or trying to sell them, could you donate them to a local community college or or library or something? Or just throw them in your next Goodwill drop off I guess 👍

Burn that shiznit

Other than a reminder for your hard work studying, they probably have no use. Maybe see if someone else could use them to study?

I sold mine on Craigslist. Won't get close to what you paid for them but if they're not too old, they are worth something

No. It’s not legal. It might not be criminal, but it is not legal to violate a license agreement.

Donate it.

You don’t have the right to sell them as you don’t own them. You bought a license from Becker. Just toss or burn them.

Tumbled mine down the trash chute in my apartment building 13 years ago haha
