Is there any role in the finance industry that escapes the unnecessarily long hours?

I love the ACD position and I don’t want to be a CD. I am a great executer, love concepting and producing work.

But I’m still want to get raises and bonuses. Do you see a problem? Would you have someone like me in your team?

MBB Associate / Consultant from India here. Have an offer for an Analyst role at a large consumer goods company in Amsterdam. Not too crazy about doing an entry level role, or moving countries in a pandemic. It's also a pretty rare opportunity to move to Europe and have an adventure. Not sure if I should take the plunge.
