The interview went fine except that partner has asked for an additional round of fellow-partner interview. Is this normal? Are they undecided about salary part or designation? I have been selected as Associate 2 for Management consulting DDV team at PwC AC bangalore office. They are currently offering 14LPA fixed with 12.5% variable.
