Is there any strategy in waiting to apply for a job? Or if I see a position that I’m interested in, should I just apply as soon as possible?

10-12 days back I had an interview with UBS. I have not received any feedback yet. In UBS portal application is shown as interviews in progress. I tried sending mail to the recruiter asking for feedback but no response. Can I assume I did not clear the interview or interview process takes this much time.

Hi - I’m a PM at a reasonably well known company. I don’t have an MBA and see lots of folks asking about needing that to get an interview at FB, G or A. I can confirm that an MBA isn’t a hard req as I’ve had recruiters reach out and offers to move forward to interviews before. I’ve never decided to actually move forward though as I don’t see the appeal. I really want to know, what’s the thing that excites you all about working at a massive FAANG type company?

Just heard that my district will have classroom and live-recording learning. I’m thankful because I now can feed my family, my newborn and a recent-sponsored wife! Looking to switch firms, getting lots of recruiter emails, but have a hard time making any decisions since I don’t have the time/experience w/recruiters to weigh their companies.
