Marsh & McLennan I am moving 2 hours from my office. My manager says i have to come 2 days to office. When i come to the office its only me and couple of other people. No one seems to care about coming to office. When i asked manager if i can work remote i was told that its for my career development. Can you guys tell in Canada which companies are offering remote opportunities?

Nope for us, really depending on the engagement but max 2-3 days a week. Most I‘ve seen are still mostly remote with an occasional meet up in the office
Speak for yourself I’m back to full time travel
Depends on the project (bad answer, I know…) but many BCG teams are working together in a BCG office some weeks, if not every week. Client site visits are more rare
TSE never travels besides kickoffs and that’s mainly the director level+
I travel 100% of the time and have been for a while. Most teams work hybrid, at the client site when it makes sense and/or co-locate in one of the BCG offices when cases are staffed from different cities.
Yep, we're back at it.
Thanks for the feedback, everyone! Starting at McKinsey this summer and trying to gauge how much traveling I’ll be doing.
I'm current on a hybrid schedule, working mostly remote! I love it. Traveling gets tiresome after a while.
